MR. JACK A. NOBBS - SENIOR CONSULTANT FEDERAL has over 30 years' experience in a variety of commercial and Federal capacities encompassing Naval Nuclear experience, Commercial Nuclear Power Plant experience and Department of Energy experience. He has extensive experience working in highly regulated and technically challenging nuclear weapons, nuclear waste remediation, uranium conversion, and commercial nuclear reactor industries. Mr. Nobbs has demonstrated competencies in safety, industrial hygiene, emergency management, training, regulatory compliance, security, radiation protection, operations, waste management & disposition, transportation, facility management, fire protection, work control, maintenance, procedures, planning, project controls, procurement, contracts, environmental monitoring, property management, as well as other contractors and vendors. In addition, he has supported numerous readiness reviews.
