MS. JACQUELINE F. BIRD - SENIOR CONSULTANT ENERGY has long leadership involvement in various aspects of the energy sector, including program responsibility in diverse aspects of energy development, major multiple-party projects and collaborative consortiums. Seven years with global AE firm servicing electric power industry as business development/customer relationship manager, marketing to commercial and government customers.  Prior leadership position in State government as Director of nation’s first and one of its then-largest ($1B+ overall) state clean coal technology RD&D programs, coordinating involvement of public and private energy providers, corresponding federal agencies, trade organizations, energy institutes, and academia. Thirteen years as ODOD Director’s voting designate to the Ohio Power Siting Board.
